What makes your hot sauce so special? 

Señor Lechuga offers premium fire + flavor.

Our brand was created because Nico could not find a clean hot sauce that satisfied his desire for maximum heat without compromised flavor. Many had the heat but it completely overpowered the flavor, others had incredible flavor but totally lacked the heat, and nearly all had artificial ingredients, added preservatives, emulsifying agents, added sugar, tons of sodium…

Our born-in-Brooklyn, small-batch sauces are unique, clean and delicious.

Where can I find a list of ingredients? 

Find ingredients for our .001, .002 and .003 core sauces plus our limited-edition sauces on their individual pages. 

Unlike many other sauces, our hot sauce has no added sugar, preservatives, emulsifying agents, animal products, artificial flavors or coloring. 

As per our nutrition labels, Señor Lechuga Hot Sauce is low in calories and sodium.

What should I do if my sauce separates? 

Shake your bottle. Separation is a good thing! When you see distinct layers of ingredients at the top of a bottle, like you do with fresh pressed juice, it's because there are no emulsifying agents added in. Our sauce is clean. Check our ingredient to confirm they’re a fit for your foodie, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, keto or other healthy lifestyle.

What do .001, .002 and .003 mean? 

All of our sauces are named with a short string of digits. The .001, .002 and .003 make up our core collection. For the core line, the sauce with the most reapers is .001 and the least reapers is .003.

For all of our collaboration sauces, the digits represents something meaningful or significant from the partnership. Maybe it’s a country code, a street address, a score, an area code. The digits tell a story.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your domestic hot sauce order to arrive. For SLHS merchandise, a little longer.

For international orders, we aim for 7-10 business days but some factors, such as customs, are out of our control. 

How do I place a bulk or wholesale order?
